Amealia is a Cambridgeshire based artist originally from the Peak district. She recently graduated from Cambridge school of Art with a degree in Illustration. Growing up in the countryside, the natural world has had a large impact on her visual language. Colour and texture are an important part of her work as they shape the atmosphere found in her drawings. In the last year, she has established herself as a painter, although at the beginning of projects, ideas always start out of sketchbooks and through observational work.

Amealia works in a variety of mediums, including watercolor, gouache, egg tempera and oils.
