Hajra Williams

Hajra Williams’ distinctive and modern jewellery is informed by the geometric art of her Pakistani-Indian heritage. Inspiration also comes form the Indian collections at the Victoria and Albert Museum where she worked for nearly two decades.

Combining traditional processes and new technologies, Hajra creates enduring jewellery with a strong focus on clean lines and geometric forms. Patterns found in Islamic geometry and Mughal art are transformed into elegant jewellery. Each piece is crafted in either silver, gold or gemstones.
