Ishbel Brierley

Ishbel is a paper cutting artist, living and working in Hertfordshire. Her inspiration comes from the local rural and urban environment, particularly her love of nature. Ishbel developed her talent for paper cutting during her time studying art. In 2013, she won a national paper cutting competition resulting in her work being presented at the Djanogly Art Gallery in Nottingham, alongside leading international artists. That first high level recognition led to a personal tutorial from the renowned Andy Singleton, which has helped inspire her own personal unique style.
