Inspired by abstract art, architecture and the urban environment, Elin Horgan is a Bristol-based designer and maker producing modern, minimal handmade jewellery. She aims to create beautiful and unique, design-led collections that can be worn every day, but last forever.
With a brand ethos of ‘beauty in simplicity’, her work has an elegant and contemporary feel. The resulting collections are both bold and striking whilst remaining lightweight and easy to wear. Her pieces are hand made from Sterling silver and 23.7ct gold plated silver and meticulously finished to ensure clean, crisp lines and a high quality end product.
The original idea for her Geometrics collection came from a photograph of a ferris wheel showing how the structure was made up of a series of simple triangles. This inspired Elin to explore different shape combinations to build interlocking forms that move with the wearer to create a different effect each time they are worn.
Elin's new Supernova collection draws inspiration from the futuristic accessories of Pierre Cardin and Andre Courrages, fusing space age design motifs with her signature clean lines and geometric shapes. The pieces range from simple everyday studs and necklaces to seriously statement earrings and neckpieces, all beautifully hand crafted in Elin’s studio. Featuring versatile and wearable pieces in silver and gold this is minimal luxe jewellery with maximum impact.
