Michele Oberdieck

Michele Oberdieck is a printed textile designer residing in London, England.
Natural imagery is the prime source for her organic yet abstract prints. Her technical virtuosity is evident in how she adds texture to create depth, and movement using a variety of printing techniques, and dying methods, and exquisite colour combinations.
Each piece is made by hand and is truly innovative, and contemporary.
Born in Canada, she studied textile design at Glasgow School of Art and Camberwell School of Art & Design, in London.
Her print designs have sold to Calvin Klein and Anne Klein, and knitwear designs to Donna Karen.
Previous fashion, and interior collections have caught the eye of all the stylish stores including the Dosa Workshop, Svenskt Tenn, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Bon Marche, Colette, Liberty and Takashimaya.
Oberdieck has exhibited her work at London Fashion Week, and
100% Design, Chelsea Craft Fair, and Origin as well as in New York, and San Francisco.
She now designs, makes and sells from her shop in the Oxo Tower, situated along the Thames in London.
