Alice Palace

Alice Palace offers an original range of illustrations. Her quirky designs combine drawings, and words with collages created using various materials that take her fancy.

Alice works as a full-time greetings card publisher, illustrator and designer. After receiving a first class degree in graphic design at Nottingham University in 2000, Alice began producing illustrations for her own enjoyment. Alice Palace was launched in June 2004 and there are now many very successful greetings card designs for every occasion, selling in lots of shops in the UK and Australia. The designs are exhibited at trade shows, and are also available as postcards, prints, canvases, shopping bags, aprons and wedding stationary. The studio where Alice works with her sister Liz (and her dog Jemima) is above her Mum's pet shop in Evesham and Alice knows how very lucky she is to be able to do something she loves every day. She likes to mix wording and illustration with surface pattern (often using pieces of fabric, sweet papers, graph paper, different typefaces, wallpaper and other treasures) to create designs that have a very personal and playful style.
