Louise Taylor

Louise is based at her home studio where she works creating accessories, art work, gifts and stationery. Inspired by her interest in textiles mainly embroidery.

She gathers inspiration from around her home in Yorkshire, looking at flowers and her veggie plot. Through this exploration of natural forms and structures, she produces abstract drawings which focus on line and form. Much of her work derives from the fragile qualities within our natural habitat, transferring images from my line drawings to the plastic accessories, making a wide range of products including framed brooches, buttons and hair slides. She is also available for commissions.
